Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as outlined below. A consumer is any individual entering into a legal transaction for reasons that are primarily non-commercial or unrelated to independent professional activity.

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

• For contracts involving the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a designated third party, who is not the carrier, took delivery of the last item.
• For contracts involving the delivery of data not stored on a physical medium (i.e., digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AM Application, Flat 3, 72 West End Lane, West Hampstead, London NW6 2LX, United Kingdom, Email: contact@amapplication.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). While you can use the enclosed withdrawal form, it's not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the fourteen (14) day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping charges (excluding extra costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the refund.

For contracts involving goods delivery, reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having returned them, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods within fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen (14) day period ends.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for a reduction in value if it is due to handling that goes beyond checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal is removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content if performance has begun after you have explicitly agreed that performance can start before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge losing your right to withdraw by granting this consent.

General Guidelines for Returning Goods

To avoid damage and contamination, please return goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If needed, use additional protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is not available, use suitable packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Please do not return goods to us with freight collect.

Note that these guidelines are recommendations and not a condition for effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
