1. Definitions
- Consumer: An individual who enters into a contract with Application GF primarily for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Entrepreneur: Application GF, which offers products and services for sale.
- Distance Contract: An agreement between Application GF and the consumer established through distance communication.
- Reflection Period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's ability to withdraw from the distance contract within the reflection period.
- Durable Data Carrier: A means of storing information, such as a physical document or digital record, that allows the consumer to retrieve information for future reference.

3. Applicability
These General Terms & Conditions apply to all offers made by Application GF and all distance contracts with consumers. Before concluding a contract, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer. If that's not possible, we'll inform consumers where the terms can be accessed and provide a copy upon request.
4. The Offer
Offers contain complete and accurate descriptions of the products and services. If the offer has a limited validity period, this will be stated explicitly. Application GF indicates all key rights and obligations that come with acceptance of the offer.
5. The Agreement
An agreement is established when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the terms. If the acceptance is electronic, Application GF will confirm receipt electronically. When payment is involved, Application GF uses secure payment methods and systems to protect consumer information.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For products, the reflection period begins the day after the consumer, or a designated third party, receives the product. For services or digital content, the reflection period starts after contract conclusion.
7. Obligations of the Consumer During the Reflection Period
During the reflection period, the consumer must handle products with care. Products may only be used to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
8. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Costs
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Application GF within the reflection period. Consumers are responsible for the direct costs of returning products, unless otherwise indicated.
9. Obligations of the Entrepreneur in the Event of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, Application GF will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
10. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In certain cases, the right of withdrawal may be excluded, such as for sealed products that have been opened, digital content contracts where performance has begun with prior consumer consent, or custom-made products. Any exclusions will be clearly stated in the offer.
11. The Price
The price of products and services is clearly indicated in the offer. All prices include applicable taxes, fees, and other charges. If a product's price is subject to fluctuation due to market conditions, this will be stated in the offer.
12. Compliance with the Agreement and Additional Warranty
Application GF guarantees that products comply with the agreement and any applicable warranty. Additional warranties provided by Application GF or third parties do not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
13. Delivery and Execution
Application GF ensures timely delivery and proper execution of contracts. If delays occur, consumers are informed promptly. If a product is out of stock, Application GF will provide an alternative or issue a refund. Delivery conditions, including costs and timeframes, are clearly communicated in the offer.
14. Duration Transactions: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
For contracts with a fixed duration, conditions for termination and renewal are outlined in the offer. Consumers can terminate a contract at the end of its duration, and terms for renewal or extension are clearly explained.
15. Payment
Payment methods accepted by Application GF are clearly indicated. Consumers must complete payment before products are shipped or services are provided, unless otherwise agreed.
16. Complaints Procedure
If a consumer has a complaint, they should contact Application GF using the contact information provided. Application GF will respond promptly and work to resolve the complaint fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the consumer may seek alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
17. Disputes
Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved according to applicable laws and regulations. Consumers have the right to seek legal recourse if a complaint cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
18. Additional or Different Provisions
If additional or different provisions apply, these will be communicated to the consumer before the contract is concluded.
19. Amendments to the General Terms & Conditions
Application GF reserves the right to amend these terms. If changes are made, Application GF will inform consumers. If consumers do not agree with the changes, they have the right to terminate the contract without penalty.
